Tully Hill is accepting applications for an experienced individual to join our team as Maintenance Assistant. Will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, safety and maintaining the integrity of the building and grounds. Tully Hill stands on 33 acres in the beautiful setting of the Tully Valley in a beautiful, well maintained property. We provide a well maintained, updated, beautiful facility in which to work.
Job duties include general facility maintenance and repairs such as plumbing, electrical, painting and floor maintenance in accordance with regular maintenance schedule, sidewalk and driveway snow removal, grounds upkeep, trash removal, receiving and distributing supplies, moving furniture, assisting housekeeping staff as needed, etc. Full Time. Some weekend availability required. Some off hours on-call coverage may be required.
Qualified candidates will have the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Ability to perform basic functions of all computerized systems including Access Control, HVAC Control and Security Camera systems. Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs consistently. Must be able to operate truck and plow, snow blower, spreader. High school diploma or GED, 2+ years’ experience in general maintenance and good mechanical ability. Valid NYS driver license required. Must possess and maintain a clean driving record. CPR certification required upon hire.
