Established in 1990 Tully Hill is a 50-bed Inpatient Detox, Rehabilitation and Outpatient substance use disorder treatment center. Tully Hill is accepting applications for an experience professional to join our team as Controller. Position reports to the Executive Director and is a member of the Leadership Team. Will assume responsibility for Tully Hill’s finance and support functions including payroll processing. Will oversee the management of patients’ private insurance account receivables to ensure timely filing and collection of claims. Will coordinate current information on Tully Hill’s fiscal operations including financial statements, budgets and implementation, case forecasts, contractual obligations and reimbursement issues. Must have the capacity to provide leadership. Must also possess creative problem solving ability and be able to cultivate a team environment among direct reports and peers.

Professional, team oriented individual with the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong computer skills required. Strong organizational, analytical and financial skills required. Bachelor’s degree in in business/accounting or related field or equivalent education/experience. CPA a plus. 5+ years experience preferably in a healthcare setting.

Salary is commensurate with experience and education/credentials. Salary Range – $75k – 90k
The salary range is provided in accordance with NYS law and is based on Tully Hill’s good faith belief of what is accurate at the time of posting. Tully Hill considers factors including, but not limited to, the position and associated responsibilities, market and business considerations, as well as the candidate’s education/training, credentials, and work experience.
